A floor for every cause. No ceiling.
Each edition is intended to have a different sponsor who commits to an agreed minimum. The cause receives 100% of the winning bid, plus any top-up needed to reach that minimum.
1. A commitment
Before the evening, the edition's sponsor commits an agreed minimum for the cause.
2. The auction
Guests place discreet written bids. The guarantee is not a valuation of the artwork and not a cap on bidding.
3. The outcome
Below the minimum, the sponsor supplies the difference. Above it, the cause receives the full winning amount.
4. The reserve
Commitment not needed is carried into a rotating reserve for future editions, and new sponsors add to it over time.

A commitment is a promise, not a donation already delivered. We will always report committed support and money actually received separately.
Operating costs and production fees are covered separately and never taken from auction proceeds. Beneficiaries and the arrangements for each edition are still to be selected and confirmed.
